This policy governs the conditions and procedures for returning and refunding items purchased from Moapicks.com (“the Company”). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth below, which are intended to comply with applicable laws.

1. Return Period

  • Customers must initiate a return request within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Any item showing signs of wear, damage, laundering, or alteration will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Undergarments, swimwear, or other hygiene-related products
  • Customized or personalized items

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to the Company’s error (e.g., wrong or defective item), the Company will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued after the Company has received and inspected the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to the Company’s error.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are permitted for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. How to Initiate a Return

  • Send an email to support@moapicks.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Follow the instructions provided by the Company’s support team.
  • Securely package the item and ship it to the designated return address.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Returns and refunds will be handled strictly in accordance with this policy.
  • The Company shall not be liable for damage caused by improper use, negligence, or customer mishandling.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the item in question.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • This policy and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation and mediation for a period of thirty (30) days before initiating legal proceedings.
  • Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
