4. Shipping & Delivery

• Moapicks.com currently ships within the United States only.
• Processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days after order confirmation.
• Delivery time is generally three (3) to seven (7) business days, depending on location and shipping method.
• Moapicks.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Product Fit Notice

• Clothing offered on Moapicks.com may run smaller than typical U.S. sizes, with shorter sleeve lengths.
• Customers are strongly advised to review the size chart before placing an order.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to the Moapicks.com Return & Refund Policy.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Non-returnable items include Final Sale products, undergarments, swimwear, and customized goods.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days after inspection.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
